Man was a solicitor: Police said that after they responded to a report of a suspicious person on Leslie Drive during the afternoon July 26, they discovered the man was in the area selling cleaning products. Police said they warned the man that he needed a city-issued solicitor permit to sell in Hudson.
Wallet taken from vehicle: A Stow Road woman reported July 25 that someone took her $5 wallet containing $20, four credit cards, her driver’s license and a concealed weapon permit from her unlocked vehicle while it was in her driveway since the evening before. A police report did not say whether there were any fraudulent charges to the credit cards.
Items stolen from locker: A Hudson woman reported someone stole a T-shirt, shorts, pair of shoes and car key totaling about $75 in value from an unlocked locker at a Darrow Road fitness facility during the afternoon July 25.
Window broken at business: A district manager of a Hudson Drive business reported July 23 that a window at the business shattered by unknown means apparently during the night. The manager said she did not believe the damage was criminal in nature.
