Lakeview Fine Arts Festival set for May 23
Lakeview Intermediate School's Fine Arts Festival is scheduled for May 23 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Parents and students are invited to walk through Lakeview and view the art and displays in the halls and classrooms. From 7 to 8 p.m., the Lakeview Singers will present "Songs of America" -- a choral review of patriotic songs -- in the gym. Stow Mayor Karen Fritschel will be the honored guest and narrator for the evening.
Club USA and K-Kids, under the supervision of Susan Deitrick, have prepared a power point presentation that will accompany the Songs of America. The program will feature the armed forces themes as well as the mayor's roll call -- a list of former Lakeview students who are serving or have served in the military.

Mulch Mania raises funds for students
