The Junior Aurora Wrestlers program is for boys in kindergarten through sixth grade.
Wrestlers are set to practice two to three weeknights and tournaments are scheduled to take place Sundays.
There is two-week trial period at the start of the season. Practice nights for grades three to six are set for Mondays from 6 to 8 p.m, and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The first day of practice is scheduled for Nov. 1.
Practice nights for kindergarten through second grade are set for Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 7:15 p.m. The first day of practice is scheduled for Nov. 2.
Aurora High School won the Division III State Wrestling Championship in 1995. This year, the Greenmen, who feature JAWs’ wrestlers, are ranked second in the state preseason poll.
Registration can be completed on AuroraWrestling.org and the cost is $75 for the entire season.
