The host Hudson girls volleyball team dropped to 3-4 overall and 1-4 in the Suburban League National Conference after losing to Stow-Munroe Falls 25-16, 19-25, 25-20, 25-23 Tuesday evening at Ray "Buck" Hyser Gymnasium.

Regina Alvarez had 15 kills and three aces and Allyson Yanaks and Cailynn Sullivan contributed 10 and eight kills, respectively, for the Explorers.

Kendall Mackay added 26 digs and two aces and Lindsay Sadler finished with 45 assists for Hudson.

Also contributing for the Explorers were Cami Madar (six kills and five blocks), Brooke Ramlow (four kills and three blocks), Morgan Gaeta (11 digs) and Amelia Hoffmeier (10 digs).
