The host Western Reserve Academy volleyball team finished fifth at the WRA Invitational Saturday.

Shaker Heights Laurel won the six-team competition. The Pioneers’ lone victory was a 25-17, 25-19 win over Akron Kenmore-Garfield.

Reserve (3-6) lost to Fairview Park Hearts for Jesus Christ (25-10, 25-16) and Laurel (25-12, 25-12).

Freshman libero Natalie Ham had a total of 36 digs to lead WRA.
