The Western Reserve Academy girls lacrosse team improved to 8-4 on the season after earning a 16-12 victory over host Walsh Jesuit Tuesday in Cuyahoga Falls.

Abby King and Chloe Beggs had huge matches for the Pioneers. King finished with seven goals and two assists and Beggs had six goals and two assists.

Also faring well was Mackenzie Farber, who had two goals and three assists. Haley Meyers added a goal and Emily Smithberger contributed an assist for Reserve.

WRA goalie Brooke Barsella made 15 saves.
