The Tallmadge girls bowling team finished third out of 11 teams with a score of 3,400 at the Suburban League Postseason Tournament Saturday at Kent Lanes.

Stow-Munroe Falls won the competition with a score of 3,708 and Theodore Roosevelt placed second with a score of 3,618.

Roosevelt’s Emily Byles finished first out of 59 bowlers with a 670 series (235, 203 and 232).

Isabelle Hall led the Lady Blue Devils with a sixth-place series of 572 (188, 176 and 208). Kirsten Moore was next for Tallmadge with a 10th-place series of 543 (139, 180 and 224).

Emily Kiss rolled a 17th-place 507 series (139, 206 and 162) for the Lady Blue Devils.

Also competing for Tallmadge were Kristina Beckwith (29th, 155, 136 and 148) and Florence Drayer (41st, 149 and 177).

The Blue Devils finished fourth out of 12 teams with a score of 3,921.

Wadsworth won the competition with a score of 4,235 and Stow (4,107) and Cuyahoga Falls (4,101) placed second and third, respectively.

Falls’ Justin Moyer finished first out of 63 bowlers with a 773 series (225, 290 and 258).

Gabe Griffith led Tallmadge with an eighth-place series of 660 (258, 189 and 213). Joshua Parry was next for the Blue Devils with a 645 series (235, 202 and 208).

Robert Wilson finished 16th with a 628 series (211, 215 and 202) and Parker Braccio captured 22nd with a 592 series (222, 180 and 190) for Tallmadge.

Also bowling for the Blue Devils was Patrick Stachowiak (48th, 201 and 177).
