Aurora High baseball team's 10-game winning streak came to an end Friday (April 28) when it suffered a 4-2 defeat at the hands of Stow-Munroe Falls.

The squad now stands 13-2 overall.

Zach Elsawy was the losing pitcher, having pitched 4 2/3 innings, with Dominic Tyburski coming on in relief.

The Greenmen's 3 hits were by Evan Fromwiller, Will Hermanowski and Jacob Blue.

A Saturday scheduled doubleheader against Green was rained out.

The Greenmen are scheduled to host Younstown Cardinal Mooney on May 1, with their final Suburban League games Tuesday and Wednesday against Tallmadge. AHS is leading the SL's American Conference.
