The Hudson boys lacrosse team rebounded from its first loss of the season with a 10-7 victory over host Shaker Heights April 8 at Russell Rupp Stadium.
The Explorers (6-1) led 5-1 early in the game. Anthony Rightnour led Hudson with five goals and Max Cole finished with five assists.
Cole Miller contributed two goals and Merrick Widdoes, Brady Ludewig and Kevin Callahan each had one goal for the Explorers.
Enrique Rodriguez, Angelo Donatelli and Blake Lori each had one assist for Hudson, which had a 45-27 advantage in shots and a 30-16 edge in ground balls.
Explorers' goalie Stroud Corr finished with nine saves.
