The host Hudson girls volleyball team fell to 8-12 overall and 5-8 in the Suburban League National Conference after losing to Wadsworth 25-19, 25-20, 25-22 Oct. 11 at Ray "Buck" Hyser Gymnasium.

Alena Madar led the Lady Explorers with 11 service points, including three aces, eight kills and two blocks.

Dani Turner finished with 10 service points, including one ace, eight kills and four digs and Madison Topczewski had 10 kills, three digs and one block for Hudson.

Lindsay Sadler contributed 26 assists, 18 service points and eight digs and Kendall Mackay 28 digs and two kills for the Lady Explorers.

Also faring well for Hudson were Nina Disandis (10 service points, including one ace) and Amelia Hoffmeier (20 digs).
