Following its 70-0 demolition of Streetsboro Sept. 23, the Woodridge football team got a boost in confidence.

The rout also helped boost Woodridge in the OHSAA's Division IV, Region 13 computer rankings.

In the Sept. 27 rankings, Woodridge was ranked third Division IV, Region 13 with 9.2 points. Perry took over the lead in the rankings at 12.05, while Crestwood dropped to second with 10.25.

The top four teams in each regional host a first-round playoff game, while the top eight advance to the postseason.
