Aurora High School's varsity baseball  teram was victorious Thursday, while the softball team was defeated.

The baseball squad beat Olmsted Falls 11-6 and the softball girls lost to Notre Dame Cathedral Latin 2-0.

Josh Andexler was the winning pitcher for the boys, who raised their record to 16-7. Andy Weber had two triples, scored two runs and drove in five runs.

Elizabeth Kimson was the losing pitcher for the girls, who now have an 11-6 record.

The baseball team hosts Kenston today (May 9) at 4:30 p.m. and the softball team hosts Hudson on Saturday (May 10) at 10 a.m.
