The host Hudson boys and girls swimming and diving teams earned victories over Northeast Ohio Conference Valley Division rival Mentor Jan. 11 at Ada Cooper Natatorium.
The boys posted a 130-55 win and the girls cruised to a 130-56 victory.
Both teams improved to 3-0 in the Valley Division.
The girls moved to 6-0 overall and the boys improved to 5-1.
The Lady Explorers' 200-meter medley relay team of Stephanie Boyd, Laura Murphy, Connie Gan and Paige Kelly set a pool record with a time of 2 minutes, 4.94 seconds.
"It was a good team win for both the boys and girls," Hudson head coach Matt Davis said.
"We had several personal-best times. We are getting close to the end of the season, so it is important to see such great improvement coming off a hard winter-break training schedule."
