May 3 was

the first community wide service planned by the Community First 75 member Hudson High School youth board. They partnered with the Friends of the Parks, and the activity was sponsored with a grant from the Hudson Kiwanis.

Thank you to these organizations for making a difference in our community and also to the nearly 300 residents of all ages who helped to clean up our parks, delivered cards and flowers to area nursing homes, created cards for hospitalized children and donated gently use clothing and pet items. Thank you, volunteers. You are the reason why Hudson is a 100 Best Community for Young People.
