On behalf of Munroe Falls Mayor Frank Larson, Munroe Falls City Council President Mike O'Donnell and the Munroe Falls Parks and Recreation Board, I would like to thank everyone who helped make River Day 2007 so successful.

Our thanks to the Twin Falls United Methodist Church Boy Scout Troop No. 172 for the riverbank cleanup and Giant Eagle in Stow for providing coffee and doughnuts to everyone who attended our event.

We extend our grateful appreciation to the "Implied Logic" band, to musician Guy Pernetti, and to emcee Tom Ball of 91.3 FM, who provided wonderful entertainment just for the fun of doing it and as a gift to our city and River Day 2007.

Our special thanks to Bill Zawiski of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency for the live fish display, Dave Roberts of Stow Parks and Recreation for the great wildlife display and to all the volunteers who simply pitched in to help. Even the busy Metro Parks' Bike Patrol people stopped to say, "Hello." Kudos to all of you.

Thanks to the civic groups that provided the free pancake breakfast, opened the Munroe Falls Historical Museum, hosted the plant sale and provided displays and handouts.

And finally, thanks to everyone who supported River Day 2007 by attending our event activities. They are the reasons this was a very successful River Day.
