Christopher G. Lindroth, age 58, died as a result of a tragic boating accident on Monday, May 7, 2018 in Hendersonville, TN. "Chris" is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Karen and his two sons, Alex and Erik, his dog Tango, as well as his loving brother, Scott (Katayoun), and nephew Aram of Durham, NC. As their beloved son, Chris is also survived by his parents, Ed and Sylvia of Palm Coast, FL, as well as many extended family and friends.

Chris was born in Fond du Lac, WI in February 1960 and attended public schools there. He graduated from Beloit College in WI and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

He met his wife, Karen, in Chicago then moved to Atlanta where their sons were born. Chris and his family moved to Hudson, OH in 1995 where they raised their family and formed many lasting friendships. He was Executive Vice President of Sales with Cardinal Health (Twinsburg, OH) for over 15 years until his recent retirement and their subsequent move to Hendersonville, TN.

Chris played golf and basketball at the collegiate level, and continued to play well into his postgraduate years. He was a fan of the Green Bay Packers, the Cleveland Cavaliers, and recently, the Nashville Predators. He enjoyed traveling and scuba diving with his family in Costa Rica and the Cayman Islands. Chris loved the outdoors and was an enthusiastic gardener. In addition, he was also known for rattling off movie quotes and could recite the script of "Caddyshack" from memory. Chris was a kind, generous man with a wonderful sense of humor, and he had developed a strong faith, always questioning to better understand his Christianity. Chris will be dearly missed by all of his family and everyone who knew him.

A Celebration of Life service for Chris will be held at Christ Community Chapel, 750 W. Streetsboro Road, Hudson, Ohio on Saturday, June 2 at 11:00 a.m. with luncheon to follow. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, June 1 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the church.
