Charlene Elizabeth Stewart, 31, 1644 Syvan Road, Lot 5, Wooster, was fined $500 for two counts of driving under suspension.

Linda M. Thibo, 52, P.O. Box 622, Wooster, was fined $500 apiece for three counts of failure to file state tax.

Benjamin F. Vanzallas, 53, homeless, was fined $250 for falsification, sentenced to 60 days in jail, and given credit for 18 days served. He must write a letter of apology.

Colin Vinion, 32, 178 Partridge, Apt. 3, Apple Creek, was fined $200 for disorderly conduct.

Elizabeth A. Voytek, 30, 713 N. Grant St., Wooster, was fined $250 for possession of criminal tools sentenced to 90 days in jail, and given credit for 70 days. She must serve this sentence concurrently to her previous sentence.

Bobby Joe Wellman, 38, 235 College Ave. 1/2, Wooster, was fined $250 for disorderly conduct.

Jody Wheeland, 49, 431 Danvers Court, Orrville, was fined $750 for domestic violence and assault and sentenced to 90 days in jail, with 45 spent on house arrest, if approved.

Tabitha Workman, 29, 438 College Ave., Wooster, was fined $200 for petty theft. She was placed on six months probation and must not be in Drug Mart (Wooster location). She will also be subject to random drug screens and must complete a drug assessment and 20 hours of community service.

Matthew Lee Wright, 41, 10353 Lincoln Way E. 107, Orrville, was fined $150 for driving under suspension.

Matthew C. Deitrich, 38, 1022 Point of View Drive, Wooster, was fined $200 for driving under suspension.

Mitchell Allen Arnholt, 30, 5354 Criswell Road, Apple Creek, was fined $500 for driving under OVI suspension and sentenced to three days in jail. He was placed on one year probation and his license was suspended for one year.

Danielle R. Aukerman, 34, 3109 Batdorf Road, Wooster, was fined $200 for petty theft and placed on one year probation. He must perform 40 hours of community service and obtain and maintain gainful employment.

David L. Barnett, 65, 1148 Billiar St., Wooster, was fined $700 for public indecency and sentenced to 85 days in jail. He was placed on four years proabation, must perform 180 hours of community service, and must not have contact with the victim or any child/juvenile while on probation.

Michael James Boyer, 34, 115 S. Second St., Rittman, was fined $200 for failure to reinstate license after suspension has expired.

Christopher M. Brink, 38, 664 Franklin, Salem, was fined $250 for drug possession and $250 for falsification. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail for each charge and these sentences are to be served concurrently.

Stephen M. Cale, 42, 109 Carter Grove, Smithville, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana.

Kyle P. Fahey, 21, 955 Guilford Blvd, Medina, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct and placed on one year probation. He must complete a drug and alcohol assessment and anger management counseling and obtain and maintain gainful employment.

Daniel L. Green, 42, 138 Sterling Ave., Rittman, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana.

Shawn A. Hanna, 37, 723 Beall Ave., Wooster, was fined $200 for petty theft and sentenced to 120 days in jail. He was also fined $150 for disorderly conduct and $200 for unlawful restraint and sentenced to 45 days in jail, which is to be served consecutively to his other sentence.

Randy Lee Harmon, 24, 15075 Burton City Road, Orrville, was fined $500 for domestic violence and sentenced to 90 days in jail. He must make restitution.

Robert W. Harper Jr., 42, 233 W. Chestnut St., Orrville, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct.

Taylor Kay Harrison, 32, 1977 Wadsworth Road, Orrville, was fined $500 for hit skip and sentenced to 45 days in jail, all of which may be spent on house arrest, if approved. His license was suspended for one year and he was placed on six months probation. He must write a letter of apology.

Tyler M. Hockman, 26, 170 W. Turkeyfoot Lake Road, Akron, was fined $150 for driving under FRA suspension.

David Deon Jones, 37, 117 Palmer St., Wooster, was fined $500 for 12 counts of driving under FRA suspension and one count of failure to reinstate license after suspension has expired.

Ryan Michael Kinney, 25, 3275 Samuel Road, Akron, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana and $150 for two counts of driving under FRA suspension.

Maung Kyaw, 31, 649 Sumner St., Akron, was fined $500 for driving under OVI suspension and sentenced to three days in jail. His license was suspended for one year.

Jamie N. Lopez, 37, 228 N. Bever St., Wooster, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct. He was placed on probation for six months and must complete anger management counseling.

Joshua Martin, 20, 8676 Camp Road, Homerville, was fined $200 for possessing drug abuse instruments and placed on probation for two years. He must complete a drug assessment and substance abuse counseling and perform 200 hours of community service. He must also obtain and maintain gainful employment.

Bridget Ann Nichols, 42, 159 Weller Drive, Apt. 3, Smithville, was fined $100 for driving under FRA suspension.

Augustine Ogwoh, 21, 1189 Beall Ave., Box C2332, Wooster, was fined $350 for criminal mischief.

Patrick R. Osborne, 31, 3163 Columbus Road, Wooster, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana (less than 100 grams) and $100 for illegal use or possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia.

Douglas Gerald Payson, 24, 141 Pine St., Creston, was fined $150 for criminal damaging and sentenced to 60 days in jail. He was also fined $150 for resisting arrest and sentenced to 60 days in jail, which must be served concurrently to his previous sentence. He was placed on one year probation and must complete anger management counseling and write an apology letter.

Neal T. Pennington, 48, 2316 W. Pleasant Home Road, Burbank, was fined $200 for disorderly conduct, sentenced to 23 days in jail, and given credit for 23 days served. He was placed on six months probation and must complete an alcohol assessment and anger management counseling.

Danny D. Persinger, 48, 9072 Lautenslager Road, Apple Creek, was fined $150 for violation of O.L. restriction.

Brittany Ring, 22, 342 Michigan Place, Barberton, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct.

Joshua Paul Taylor, 40, 110 Euclid Ave., Creston, was fined $150 for unauthorized use of a vehicle, sentenced to 90 days in jail and given credit for 10 days served. He was placed on two years probation and must complete a drug and alcohol assessment.

Robert Termeer, 26, 5066 N. Honeytown Road, Smithville, was fined $200 for attempt to commit an offense, sentenced to 41 days in jail, and given credit for 41 days served. His license was suspended for one year and he was placed on one year probation. He must also complete a drug and alcohol assessment and obtain and maintain gainful employment.

Diana Lee Thomas, 44, 529 Spring St., Orrville, was fined $200 for disorderly conduct.

Matthew Valek, 17520 W. Main St., P.O. Box 3, Mount Eaton, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.

Brian J. Vandyne, 30, 1855 Mechanicsburg Road, Apt. I-5, Wooster, was fined $125 for disorderly conduct.

Gregory S. Wallace Jr., 33, 224 E. Henry, Wooster, was fined $200 for obstructing official business, sentenced to 12 days in jail and given credit for 12 days served. He was placed on one year probation, must perform 100 hours of community service and must obtain and maintain gainful employment.

Brent Charles Wheatley, 27, 433 S. Market St., Wooster, was fined $250 for attempted aggravated possession of drugs, sentenced to seven days in jail and given credit for seven days served. He was placed on 18 months probation and must complete 100 hours of community service. He must also complete substance abuse counseling and obtain and maintain gainful employment.

Zackaria Silva Winkler, 21, 988 Wadsworth Road, Medina, was fined $300 for driving while under suspension and placed on six months probation.
