The Interact Club of Twinsburg had a productive year, delivering more than 300 pairs of jeans to a local community service organization, raising money for the Humane Society of Summit County and sponsoring a Snow Ball for Twinsburg youth with all proceeds going to schools in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Interact is a club for teens in seventh through 12th grade that focuses on leadership and community service.

This summer, their sponsor, the Rotary Club of Twinsburg, is helping the teens raise operational funds by hosting a duck race in conjunction with their second annual river run. Ducks can be purchased for $5 each or five ducks for $20. Racers need not be present to win. The ducks will race each other down Tinkers Creek July 15.The owner of the first duck across the finish line will win $300. Second, third and fourth place will win $150, $75 and $25, respectively.
