Physical control

Man found in vehicle: A 57-year-old Gary Drive man was charged with physical control and blood alcohol content test refusal after police found him in a vehicle allegedly intoxicated while they were investigating the vehicle as suspicious in a Ravenna Road business' parking lot at about 4:40 a.m. April 4. The man was given a Stow Municipal Court date and released on a personal bond.

Harassment

Text messages reported: A Twinsburg woman reported April 3 that an unidentified person sent her harassing text messages.

Driving without a license

Man made u-turn: A Maple Heights man, 19, was charged with driving without a valid license, u-turn, and expired license plates after police said they saw him make an illegal u-turn and stopped him on Evans Way at about 12:50 a.m. April 3.
