Disorderly Conduct

Woman charged at service station: A Magnolia woman, 40, was charged with fourth-degree misdemeanor disorderly conduct while intoxicated after police responded to a report that she was causing a disturbance at a Route 82 service station at about 4:30 a.m. Dec. 27.

Man allegedly urinated in public: A Ravenna man, 33, was cited with disorderly conduct while intoxicated and drug paraphernalia possession after police responded to a report the man urinated outside a Ravenna Road home at about 2:20 p.m. Dec. 23. Police said they found a marijuana pipe containing residue on the man.

Man and woman fought near intersection: A man and woman, both 24-year-old Cleveland residents, were cited with disorderly conduct and marijuana possession after police responded to a report that they were fighting with each other in the area of Merryvale and Pine Ridge drives at about 2:30 p.m. Dec. 16. The woman was also cited with drug paraphernalia possession after police said they also found a digital scale on her.

Drug possession

Marijuana found in apartment: Minor misdemeanor drug possession citations were filed against two Clark County men, ages 37 and 29, after police responded to a report that a small amount of suspected marijuana was found on a dresser in a Ravenna Road apartment the men had been at Dec. 23. Arrest warrants were issued for the men.

Man stopped for speeding: A Highland Heights man, 21, was cited with marijuana possession and speeding after police said they clocked his vehicle's speed at 92 mph in a 65 mph zone on Interstate 480 eastbound at about 3 a.m. Dec. 21.

Dog at large

Dog was loose: A Hermitage Drive woman, 46, was charged with fourth-degree misdemeanor dog at large after police responded to a report that her dog was loose Dec. 15.
