The city of Twinsburg has announced that water park passes are now on sale for 2018, with preseason pricing through May 25.
Passes are available to residents of Twinsburg, Twinsburg Township and Reminderville, and can be purchased at the community center or fitness center.
Residents who purchase by Feb. 22 will receive five free bonus days, allowing them to bring a guest to the water park free of charge.
A water park bundle also is available. It includes a 12-month membership to the fitness center, unlimited entries to the water park and 10 free bonus days.
Rates start at $28 per month. The water park bundle is the only way a non-resident can access the outdoor pool.
Winter swim lessons will kick off Feb. 12. Registration for residents is under way, with non-residents being able to register starting Jan. 15.
Classes are offered for all skill levels and for those as young as 6 months old, and are open to fitness center members, residents and non-residents.
The fitness center features 92,000 square feet, a fieldhouse with an indoor track and basketball courts, a large indoor pool and expansive workout areas.
The fitness center offers more than 100 free classes per week to members, and rates staert at $24 per month, with individual, family and senior citizen memberships available.
Winter hikes are planned Jan. 27 and Feb. 4 at 2 p.m. Participants will meet at the Pond Brook Conservation Area of Liberty Park. The hikes will last about two hours.
The deadline for Twinsburg Baseball League signups is Feb. 28. Divisions include instructional, coach pitch, juniors, minors, majors and seniors. For details, visit www.TwinsburgBaseball.com.
