The Friends of the Hudson Library is conducting a special holiday book sale in the Flood Room North, on the first floor of the library.

 Dates of the sale are Dec. 19 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Dec. 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Interested in adding some books or visual aids to your collection? Find a diverse selection of nearly new books, classic movies and new DVDs. Categories begin with a variety of children’s books, adult fiction, craft books, cookbooks, movies and music. Books will be sold at the Friends regular prices on Tuesday, with Wednesday as the bargain day when books will be sold for $5 per plastic grocery bag.

Friends of the Hudson Library is a volunteer operation that serves the community to help fund library programs, improvements, the Summer Reading Program, support to the Brewster Cafe and gives an annual $1,000 contribution to the Perry Noe STEM Grant.

The Friends thanks Hudson residents for supporting them through the years. They could not succeed without the help of donations and volunteered time.
