TWINSBURG -- Police are looking for a third suspect in a Sunday night chase which resulted in the arrest of two women.

Assistant Twinsburg Police Chief Robert Gonsiewski said an officer tried to pull over a car around 9:14 p.m. near a Route 91 pharmacy for a marked lanes violation.

As the officer approached the car, the driver took off, according to Gonsiewski.

"And a pursuit was initiated," he said.

The pursuit was cancelled near Ravenna Road after it began to rain and speeds reached 80 mph, the assistant chief said.

The officer found the car a short distance away near a Route 91 motel. The offer saw the occupants run from the car.

Two woman were arrested after a short foot chase. The man, who police say was the driver, was not found.

Police brought in a K-9 which unsuccessfully searched for the driver.

The women, My Eisha White, 21, from Euclid and Kashe Rene Chandler, also 21, from East Cleveland, were cited with obstructing official business and open container violations.

The incident remains under investigation.
