Commemorative bricks are now available for purchase to commemorate the "rebirth" of historic Downtown Cuyahoga Falls, according to Mayor Don Walters.

The personalized engraved bricks will be placed in a prominent downtown walkway near the new spray fountain, which will open in the Summer of 2018. The bricks will be on sale until close of business on Aug. 11.

“From the very beginning of the Downtown Transformation Project, it has been important to me that the residents and community members have a voice, sense of place, and ownership in our revitalized downtown,” stated Walters. “This is our downtown and the engraved bricks will give all of our stakeholders an opportunity to have a commemorative piece of this exciting redevelopment.”
