The Cuyahoga Falls Parks and Recreation Department is offering Ballroom Nights at the Quirk Cultural Center, 1201 Grant Ave. on April 28. The event includes a light snack, music and a dance lesson provided by John and Pam Burton. Come have fun and meet new people. There will be a free lesson offered from 7:30 8 p.m., and an open dance from 8-10:30 p.m. No partner needed, only ages 16 and older will be allowed to attend. Quilting Class One Night Cathedral Window
Quilting classes will take place at the Quirk Cultural Center. For the next three months a different quilted block will be taught. Participants will need to bring needles, scissors and thread: all other supplies provided. This month participants will learn the Cathedral Window on April 27 from 7 9 p.m. There is a registration fee and class fee payable to instructor Sandy Barstow at registration. Project on display at the Quirk Cultural Center.

Driver Safety Class
A program for motorists age 50 and up is the Driver Safety Class to refresh driving rules and learn the effects of aging on driving. This four-hour classroom course is scheduled for May 11 from noon to 4 p.m. at the Quirk Cultural Center. Many insurance companies offer a discount after taking this class. Call your company to confirm the discount. Class fee is $18 (members) payable to AARP/$20(non-members).
