1 SHOP AT THE PRESCHOOL PARENTS' CONSIGNMENT SALE:

Calling all parents of babies, toddlers, and preschoolers: The Nordonia Hills Preschool Parents group is hosting its annual Everything Baby and Kids Consignment Sale April 8 from 9 a.m. to noon. There will be lots of great deals onchildren's clothing, toys, strollers, car seats, high chairs, play yards, nursery decor, books, games, movies, and more.at Nordonia High School. A $5 bag sale starts at 1 p.m.

NHPP is a non-profit organization providing recreational and educational opportunities for families with children from birth to age 6 offering support and socialization through monthly meetings, field trips, holiday parties, community service, adult socials and playgroups. 2 JOIN THE STITCH CLIQUE AT THE NORDONIA HILLS LIBRARY:

Grab your crocheting/ knitting needles and yarn and stitch the evening away. Join us the second Tuesday of each month for crocheting/ knitting tips, friendship, advice and more. Refreshments will be served. The next meetup is April 11 from 6 to 8 p.m.

3 LEARN ABOUT ELECTRIC BILLING:

The community is invited to join the Walton Hills Citizens League April 12 at 6:30 p.m. at the Walton Hills Community Center for a free public service program titled, "Anatomy of your electric bill." Learn about the charges, line by line. Hear about ways to reduce costs from a renowned, independent electrical consultant from H. P. Technologies.

Those attending are encouraged to bring their electric bills and questions. The community center is at 7595 Walton Road (Note: The entrance is off Alexander Road at Walton Road.

4 GET CLOSE TO NATURE AT LIBERTY PARK IN TWINSBURG:

Stop by Liberty Park and the Twinsburg Ledges area April 9 from 10 a.m. to noon for "Wild in the Woods." All ages can stop by our nature play area at Liberty Park and engage in fun, hands-on experiences with nature. A naturalist will be on hand to help guide your experience. 5 CHEER ON THE VARSITY KNIGHTS AT NORDONIA HIGH SCHOOL:

The Nordonia Knights baseball team plays Stow-Munroe Falls at 4:30 p.m. and Hudson April 8 at 2 p.m. The Lady Knights softball squad plays North Royalton April 6 at 4:30 p.m. and Twinsbueg April 10 at 4:30 p.m.

The boys tennis team plays Brecksville April 6 at 4 p.m. Nordonia track relays are April 8, starting at 9 a.m. and a meet with Brecksville is April 11 starting at 4 p.m.
