The News Leader is recognizing select Nordonia Middle School students who are "Knighted" under the school's "The Knight Way, the Right Way" recognition program. The program recognizes students each month based on their dependability, honesty, helpfulness and respect for authority, property and the rights of others.

Jordyn Dudak, daughter of Angela and Kenneth Dudak, is an eighth-grader at Nordonia Middle School.

She enjoys soccer, and drawing. Her favorite food is pasta.

She enjoyed the movie Maze Runner and has two dogs, named Tink and Rocky.

Her best vacation was to the Wisconsin Dells.

"I went with two friends of mine, went to a Kalahari there and went on a ferris wheel for the first time there," she says.

"If I could go anywhere in the world I would go to Japan," she says. "I would go to Japan because it has a special place in my heart for some reason and I've been wanting to learn Japanese for the longest time, I have watched so many anime's and I did a research project on Japan at least a dozen times."
