Section 1113.07 Zoning Map Amendment -- Wayside Farms Nursing Facility is requesting a zoning map amendment, from R-3 Sub-Urban Density Residential to R-1 Large-Lot Residential, for parcel 35-01630 (4572 State Road). The zoning map amendment will allow for the construction of at least three (3) new 10-bed group/nursing homes.  

Section 1113.04 Final Major Plat -- The Preserve at Salt Creek Overlay Final Subdivision Plat-Phase II creates 34 owner occupied single-family parcels on 5.8 acres and on existing parcels 37-00484 and 37-00485.  The current zoning is R3MU3-RM. The project engineer is Wohlwend Engineering.  

Final Major Plat- Hunter Parkway Subdivision – Applicant has requested to subdivide 333 E Bath Rd, including parcel #35-05868 into 6 lots in order to construct single family attached dwellings.
