~ Public Comment ~
Any member of the public may address a committee during its meeting regarding a matter pending before the Council, for a period not exceeding three minutes. Public comment must be made from the podium, and each speaker must first sign in using the sign-in sheet provided at the podium. A Committee Chair is not required to entertain public comment on non-agenda items. C.O. §111.07(j).
