Parents planning to enroll their children in the Stow-Munroe Falls City School District should mark their calendars for March 23, when enrollment begins for grades K-12. Additionally, a parent information night for parents of kindergarten and elementary students is scheduled for March 22, from 6 to 7 p.m. in the high school auditorium.

To begin the enrollment process, parents or guardians can follow a three-step process on the district website, To do so, click on "Parents" in the main navigation menu, click on "Enrollment," then follow the instructions on the page. For questions regarding the enrollment process, contact the Board of Education office at 330-689-5445.

The parent information night on March 22 will include information for students in all six elementary schools. Parents of new kindergarten students (children must be 5-years-old on or before Aug. 1), are invited to attend this event to learn how to register their child for school and more about our kindergarten program. Kindergarten teachers will also be at the meeting to answer any questions.

Parents of students who are not eligible due to their age may attend this event; however, they will need to obtain and submit an Early Entrance to Kindergarten Packet, which can be found on the district website. Early entrance testing will occur in early May/June. Students not eligible for kindergarten due to their age may not register for kindergarten until testing is complete and results indicate the student is qualified for kindergarten.
