HUDSON Seton Catholic School of Hudson will celebrate National Catholic Schools Week January 29 through February 4, 2017. The theme for the week is "Catholic Schools: Communities of Faith, Knowledge and Service." At Seton the theme is being used for a number of events and activities during the week.

"Catholic Schools Week and our open house on Sunday afternoon enable us to invite the community to visit and to showcase the strengths of our school and unique opportunities offered to all our students. We also highlight what differentiates us from other educational institutions. At Seton, educators partner with parents to incorporate values, social responsibility, and a rigorous academic curriculum in the everyday learning experience to prepare the next generation to make a positive change in the world," said Karen Alestock, Seton principal.

A schedule of activities includes the following:

Sunday, Jan, 29 Celebrating Our Faith

Seton Catholic School students will minister at 9:30 a.m. Mass at Saint Mary Church (Hudson). Alestock will speak on Catholic education and the Seton Choir and Grace Notes Ensemble will sing.
