Nutrition education

The Macedonia Family Recreation Center is hosting a free presentation on the overview of the L.E.A.N. Program (Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, Nutrition) Jan. 30 at 7 p.m.

The program is filled with practical solutions to help individuals reach their fullest potential.

It is not a calorie counting program or a lesson in how to cook tofu, but a place in which explanations of lifestyle changes one can make that have a great impact on one's health and wellness.

This program is presented by Kim Cohen, Certified Health Coach.
