Once again, Cuyahoga Falls Good Neighbors (CFGN) is planning its annual Christmas program for the needy families in the area. The organization is planning to provide gifts and food for more than 600 families in the communities of Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Munroe Falls, Silver Lake, Hudson, and Peninsula.

Good Neighbors needs: non-perishable food; paper and soap products; gifts for children, teens, and adults; and volunteers during the program.

Donations will be accepted on Tuesdays and Thursday between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. and Dec. 9 from 8 a.m. to noon at 1742 Second St. in Cuyahoga Falls across from St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Monetary donations can be sent to CFGN, P.O. Box 233, Cuyahoga Falls 44222.

Volunteers are needed: Dec. 11, from 12:30 to 4 p.m.; Dec. 13, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.; Dec. 14, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and Dec. 15, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Adults, teens, and children can help. Children in elementary school must be accompanied by a parent.
