The Stow-Munroe Falls City School District is now enrolling students for its Bulldog Online Academy. Students in the Bulldog Online Academy have the option to complete their online courses at home or in the district's OPTIONS After-School Program (ninth-twelfth grade only) at Stow-Munroe Falls High School. This program is supervised by highly qualified teachers each day.

Students enrolled in the Bulldog Online Academy are able to:

Participate in extracurricular activities such as athletics, clubs, fieldtrips, and/or dances;

Earn a diploma from Stow-Munroe Falls High School;

Take part in the official graduation ceremony in or close to their home town;

Take state mandated tests (OAA, AIR or OGT) at a Stow-Munroe Falls City School District building, limiting travel out of town;

Be provided practice for state mandated tests at a Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools building or online;

Have access to highly qualified teachers who work for Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools via email, phone, or in person if needed (OPTIONS Program);

Customize their curriculum by scheduling classes in the building and online;

"Some students are looking for a non-traditional academic approach and they can find it with the Stow-Munroe Falls City School District's Bulldog Online Academy," said Superintendent Tom Bratten. "Students receive the same great Stow-Munroe Falls education while being able to learn in a setting appropriate for them. They are also able to participate in every aspect of being one of our students. It's learning that fits their lifestyle."
