Mayor Don Walters invites the Cuyahoga Falls community to celebrate Public Power Pride Week at the 2016 Cuyahoga Falls Electric System Energy Expo on Oct. 6 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Cuyahoga Falls Library.

Displays and refreshments will be offered throughout the day. A special Home Energy Efficiency Presentation by a team of energy efficiency experts will be provided at 10:30 a.m. Home Energy Efficiency Kits will also be available for residential customers of the Cuyahoga Falls Electric System, one kit per household while supply lasts.

In addition, energy projects developed by local fifth grade science students will be on display for all to appreciate. The 2016 Public Power Pride Week Energy Expo will be an opportunity to learn more about energy efficiency and conservation at home, as well as to recognize some of the educational achievements of local students.
