The Ohio Department of Transportation has announced that Route 8 northbound at Twinsburg Road in the Village of Boston Heights will have various lane restrictions for pavement repairs Aug. 29 and 30. The restrictions will be from 7 p.m. Monday evening through 6 a.m. Tuesday morning.
On Aug. 30, beginning at 7 p.m., the I-271 northbound exit ramp to Route 8 in Macedonia will have various lane restrictions through Aug. 31 at 6 a.m. for pavement repairs.
This work is part of a $780,000 project to make pavement repairs to various routes in Portage, Stark and Summit Counties. The entire project is scheduled to be completed by late September.
In the cities of Cuyahoga Falls, Stow and Hudson, Route 8 between Graham Road and Route 303 is reduced to two lanes in each direction daily and to one lane in each direction nightly between 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. for pavement repairs. This work is part of a $930,000 project to make various pavement repairs on Route 8 between Graham Road and Route 303. The entire project is scheduled to be completed by late September.
