Stow Municipal Clerk of Court Kevin Coughlin was a guest speaker at the Hudson ClockTower Rotary meeting on July 23 at the Country Club of Hudson. Coughlin spoke of the many changes he and his staff have been implementing since he took office eight months ago. Some of the changes include a paperless, more modern computerization system, to streamline the operation. This process would speed up the method in which people can pay tickets, and get through the court system faster. Coughlin said the current computer software is circa 1995, with hundreds of updates never been made to the software. Coughlin plans to announce a new IT and computer program system in a few weeks. It should be operative early next year. Shown in the picture attached is ClockTower Secretary Gerry Sawyer, Kevin Coughlin, and President De-de Mulligan.
