A public open house will be held to discuss the rehabilitation of the Brandywine Drive and Blackberry Drive Bridges over Brandywine Creek, on April 10, 2014, from 4 to 6:30 p.m., in the Assembly Room of the Barlow Community Center, 41 South Oviatt Street, Hudson, Ohio 44236.

The project, located in the Winston Manor subdivision northwest of the Prospect Street and North Main Street intersection, will replace the railing, address fascia deterioration, increase the hydraulic capacity, and extend the service life of both bridges.

The work on the Brandywine Drive Bridge is anticipated to take 90 days and will require a road closure for a portion of the construction. The work on Blackberry Drive Bridge will take approximately 60 days, and Blackberry Drive will remain open to traffic for the duration of the construction. For more information, click here.
