Women for Women Ohio (W4WO) will host "Office to Evening," an opportunity to purchase tasteful and elegant women's clothing for your wardrobe at low prices. The sale will be April 4 to 6 at The Fairways at Twin Lakes, 1519 Overlook Road in Kent, soon to be renamed The Overlook under the new co-management of Daniel Denham.

Admission is free on Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and again on Sunday, noon to 4 p.m.

Items available for purchase range from elegant suits, jackets, blouses and slacks to cocktail dresses and evening gowns. A special rack will feature such designers as Max Mara, Rogan and Armani. Antique silver jewelry will also be on sale.

Students in Chris Hibbs' community service class at Theodore Roosevelt High School in Kent will be helping out as well.

All proceeds will go to providing educational support for young women in rural Cambodia.

W4WO currently has a group of 11 girls in Sandan District who are striving to complete their high school education-- a significant achievement, as only 6 percent of the school-age population in Cambodia ever completes high school.

The group also is providing scholarships for six young women who are pursuing degrees at the university level.

Organized by Women for Women Ohio, the sale consists of clothing that is new or gently worn, all of it donated by area retailers and prior owners in hopes of raising money to assist the young women, who are committed to bettering themselves and, where possible, to helping others in their country.
