Gov. John Kasich will unveil his long-anticipated school funding plan Thursday, Jan. 31 during a series of afternoon events, according to a Jan. 30 news release from the governors office.

The school reform and funding plan will be presented during a meeting of the Buckeye Association of School Administrators at 2 p.m. at the Polaris Hilton in Columbus.

At 6 p.m., the governor will host a town hall meeting and discussion at COSI, which will be closed to regular patrons during the event.

Presenting the plan with Kasich will be Assistant Policy Director for Education Barbara Mattei-Smith and Director of 21st Century Education Dr. Richard Ross.
