Dining for Women meets Feb. 17

Dining for Women, a nonprofit national giving circle, with more than 150 registered chapters, has formed a chapter in Hudson. The Hudson chapter had its second meeting Jan. 20. Membership has doubled since the first meeting in November 2012. The group's next meeting is Feb. 17 at 6 p.m.

Dining for Women is dedicated to empowering women living in the developing world to become healthy and economically self-sufficient. Members believe that through education, they become agents of change, working together to alter the face of world poverty.
