Stow -- Police arrested a 38-year-old man living in the northwest quadrant of the city following an incident in his home July 22 at 11:05 p.m.Police responded to the scene following a call from a woman with whom the man lives, according to the report. Police reported several witnesses saw the man threaten the woman and punch a window on her vehicle before fleeing the scene in his vehicle. No injuries were reported.The damage to the woman's vehicle was not reported.According to the report, officers located the man on Darrow Road shortly after he left the scene.The man is scheduled to appear in Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court.Trafficking drugsJuly 18. 18-year-old arrested: An 18-year-old Stow male was arrested and charged with trafficking drugs, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following an investigation by police.Trafficking drugs is considered a fifth-degree felony, according to the police records department.According to the report, police believed the male was selling marijuana out of his house, and when officers attempted to arrest the male in his home, he resisted.Police reported finding two small plastic bags of suspected marijuana and a scale in the home. The value of the marijuana was not reported.The male is scheduled to appear in Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court.Carrying a concealed weaponJuly 24. Knife, slingshot found in vehicle: An 18-year-old Akron male was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a slingshot in a motor vehicle and driving outside of marked lanes following a traffic stop on Darrow Road at 1:54 a.m.According to the report, the male was stopped for driving outside of marked lanes, and officers found a 10-inch-long knife, a slingshot and pellets.The male is scheduled to appear in Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court.Domestic violenceJuly 22. Woman accuses husband: A 52-year-old man living in the northeast quadrant of the city was arrested and charged with domestic violence following an incident involving his 34-year-old wife at 3:10 a.m.According to the report, officers observed injuries to the woman's neck and left arm. The report did not state whether she was treated for her injuries.The man is scheduled to appear in Cuyahoga Falls Municipal Court.BurglaryJuly 17. Items taken from vehicle in garage: A Crown Pointe Drive man told police someone entered his open garage sometime between 9:44 and 10:30 p.m. and stole several items from his vehicle.According to the report, an iPod, a sack, battery chargers for a cell phone and the iPod and a contact lens case were taken. It was not reported whether the vehicle was locked.The total value of the items was $393, according to the report.July 15. Cash taken from bank: A Norton Road bank employee told police a woman left the bank with $50 in cash that did not belong to her.According to the report, the woman asked for change related to two transactions, and before a bank employee could count the money to verify the second transaction, the woman left the facility with the cash.Police are investigating.Breaking and enteringJuly 19. Items stolen from vehicles: An Elm Road man told police someone entered his two unlocked vehicles while they were parked in his driveway during the night and stole several items.According to the report, a $60 tool kit and a $250 DVD player were taken.TheftJuly 20. Cell phone, keys taken: A Twinsburg woman told police someone stole her cell phone and keys while she was in Silver Springs Park at 11:15 p.m.According to the report, she left the keys and the $250 cell phone in the grass next to a basketball court in the park. The woman later left the court to retrieve her keys and noticed they were missing, according to the report.Unlawful noiseJuly 22. Man charged following complaints about loud party: Police arrested a 29-year-old Stow Road man and charged him with producing unlawful noise following two complaints from neighbors.Police reported receiving a call about loud noise coming from the man's home at 1 a.m., and officers warned the man to reduce the noise level.
