Did you know honoring Father's Day started at the YMCA? On June 6, 1910, the first Fathers Day celebration took place at the Spokane YMCA in Washington. Sonora Louise recognized what her father did for her and worked with the YMCA to institute the celebration of Fathers' Day. Do you recognize any programming needs in our community? Let us know.
