Crown Hill Memorial Park will honor fallen Veterans on Memorial Day weekend. The following is a list of scheduled events:* On May 26, from noon to 1:30 p.m., the Irish American Club will play the bagpipes to pay tribute to the fallen Veterans.* On May 27, at 1 p.m., the Aurora High School choir will sing in tribute.* On May 28, beginning at 1 p.m., the names of the Veterans who were laid to rest at Crown Hill between January 2006 and May 2007 will be read. The Aurora High School choir will follow with the singing of the "Star Spangled Banner." The singing will be followed by the releasing of balloons, the playing of taps by Twinsburg High School student Stephen Burkhardt and a benediction by the Rev. Marc Wolfe of Cornerstone Church in Akron. All events will take place on the cemetery grounds at 8592 Darrow Road. For more details, contact Crown Hill at 330-405-8128.
