Group collecting donations

Big Brothers and Sisters of Portage County have a partnership with the Fabulous Finds Thrift Superstores. Items are donated to Big Brothers and Sisters and then re-sold by Fabulous Finds.

The stores then give a percentage of all sales to Big Brothers and Sisters so the nonprofit agency can run its one-to-one youth mentoring program.

Residents of Stow, Hudson, Cuyahoga Falls and Portage County can have their used furniture picked up for free by calling Ron McGee at the Streetsboro Fabulous Finds store, 9048 Route 14, at 330-422-0039.

Donors will receive a tax deductible receipt from Big Brothers and Sisters.
