BATH -- Enjoy Ohio-produced arts, crafts and foods at the Made in Ohio Art and Craft Festival at Hale Farm & Village.
This annual celebration of the arts features 160 artists and craftspeople from all over the state of Ohio and will be held on Saturday, September 2 and Sunday, September 3 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Made in Ohio Festival is an outdoor event among the historic and idyllic scenery of Hale Farm & Village.
Vendors include jewelry artists, potters, carvers, glass artists, soap and lotion makers, quilters, and a variety of unique fine craft artists.
A variety of food vendors and beverages will be available during the day.
There is also musical entertainment and traditional artisan demonstrations.
In its eighth year, the festival has added an additional feature to the event: a preview night.
The party will be held on the eve of the festival, September 1 from 4 - 8 pm. The preview night highlights Ohio foods and beverages as well as Hale Farm & Village artisans demonstrating traditional crafts and trades.
The addition offers attendees the experience of strolling the grounds of Hale Farm while enjoying Ohio made appetizers and beverages, and an exclusive opportunity to purchase from artists prior to the show opening.
The preview party tickets are available online at www.wrhs.org/events/preview-night or by calling 330-666-3711 extension 1708. Tickets are $50 per person, food, wine, beer and entertainment are included. Only 500 will be sold.
