St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church

St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2121 Sixth St., invites community members to worship with them Sundays at 10 a.m.

Bailey Road Christian Church

Bailey Road Christian Church, 3200 Bailey Road, across from Lincoln Elementary School.

The Sunday Services are 10:45 a.m. and 7 p.m. Praise service. Sunday School for all ages starts at 9:30 a.m.

The church provides leadership, volunteers, financial support to help several causes in the community. The church partners with the Feed My Sheep free lunch program at Redeemer United Methodist Church in North Hill. Volunteers are always welcome.

First Congregational Church of Tallmadge

First Congregational Church of Tallmadge, a Stephen Ministry congregation, has the following Sunday worship schedule: Worship, 8:30 a.m.; Sunday School Hour, 9 a.m.; worship service, 10 a.m. Sunday afternoon will be High School Fellowship and Thursday evenings will be Middle School Fellowship. Youth scheduled activities vary according to activities, so contact the office to confirm times.

Alzheimer's Caregivers Support Group -- Community members are invited to attend an Alzheimer's Caregivers Support Group on the last Tuesday of the month at 11 a.m. at the church.

Open house and registration for all new families begins at 6 to 7 p.m. To register, parents must take a copy of their child's birth certificate and a registration fee, cash or checks accepted.

Classes for 3 through 5 year olds, as well as a Me and My parent class for 2 ° years olds (with a parent or grandparent) and an additional enrichment day for the oldest preschoolers are available.

16 for Success -- All parents of preschool-aged children are invited to an informational meeting about 16 skills for a good transition to kindergarten. Tallmadge Librarian Julia Euclide will present the program and share the skills shared by Summit Educational Initiative and First Things First.
