Jessica Base, daughter of Howard and Kim Base of Macedonia, and Austin Conner, son of Marlene Conner of Olmsted Township, were married July 16, 2016, at Ariel International Center in Cleveland. The Rev. Shawn Brennan officiated.

The wedding's theme colors were navy blue, pink and gold and the bride wore a V-back silk ballgown with a Swarovski crystal belt and detailing designed by Aire Barcelona. Her bouquet was made of white and light pink roses with peonies.

The bride was escorted by her father and matron of honor was her best friend from college, Ashely Jones-Sabree, of Lakewood. Maid of honor was the bride's best friend from high school, Brittania Novotney, of Columbus. Flower girl was Haley Base, the bride's niece.

Bridesmaids were Brenda Base, sister-in-law of the bride, Kati Base, sister in law of the bride, Susan Base, cousin of the bride, Lindsey Dowczek, cousin of the bride, and Amy Burgess, friend of the bride.

Best man was Justin Carver, best friend of the bridegroom. Ring bearer was Ethan Base, nephew of the bride. Groomsmen were Travis Conner, brother of the bridegroom, Tommy Carver, friend of the bridegroom, Dan Conner, uncle of the bridegroom, Jason Dubois, friend of the bridegroom, Brad Base, brother of the bride, and Howie Base, brother of the bride.

A reception at the Ariel International Center followed the wedding.

The bride is a 2004 graduate of Twinsburg High School, a 2008 graduate of Ohio University and a 2010 master's degree graduate of the University of Cincinnati. She is self-employed and a realtor with Howard Hanna.

The bridegroom is a 2002 graduate of Olmsted Falls High School who served in the United States Marine Corps from 2002 to 2006. He is a 2010 graduate of the University of Toledo and works for Quicken Loans in Cleveland.

The couple honeymooned in Hawaii and live in Lakewood.
