Reggae Fest Cleveland, sponsored by Taste CLE, is not technically part of the Rock The Park season in Twinsburg, but Taste CLE is working "in conjunction with the city," said Derek Schroeder, director of parks and recreation.

Scheduled bands include Nick Zuber, Umojah Nation, and Carlos Jones & The PLUS Band. Tickets can be purchased online at

As for Rock the Park, "We've got a great lineup this year," said Mayor Ted Yates. "We have a good assortment of cover bands. We have classical, reggae and a Christian rock band this year (Building 429)."

The series is sponsored by Strachan Novak Insurance, said Schroeder. The Dr. Pepper Snapple Group is the official beverage sponsor. Supporting sponsors are CarStar Tim's Collision, the DeFabulous Team Keller Williams Realty, Twinsburg Township and village of Reminderville.

Post Road, which played at Rock the Park in 2013, will perform July 14. Guitarist Steve Radcliff of Twinsburg said Post Road has headlined festivals and has performed at the Hard Rock Casino at Northfield Park.

Journey tribute band Escape opens the Rock the Park concerts June 9. The five-member band includes Jason Kelty on vocals, Steve Raz on guitar, Troy Sands on keyboard, Paul Soos on bass and Michael Scott Nelson on drums.

Escape is "an authentic reproduction of a Journey concert from the mid 80s," Kelty said. "I started it in June 1993. We toured the states until 1999, reformed the band in 2009 and have been going strong ever since." Escape performed two years ago at Rock the Park.
