Rubber City Shakespeare Company will stage William Shakespeare's "The Tempest," directed by Scott Crim

As we continue to honor the 400th anniversary of Shakespeare's death, Rubber City Shakespeare company presents his final solo play. In this tale, a sorcerer and former duke, Prospero, uses his magic to lure his enemies to his island and right the wrongs of the past.

Rubber City Shakespeare Company proudly welcomes longtime cast and crew member, Scott Crim in his RCSC directing debut. Crim has taken inspiration from the work of impressionist style painters for this production.

The production opens on Oct. 7, with Rubber City Shakespeare Company's traditional Pay-As-You-Like-It performance, in which admission charges are waived thanks to our generous supporters (audiences are encouraged to "pay as you like it" or donate what they can after the show).

The Tempest runs Thursday through Sunday until Oct. 23. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday performances begin at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday performances begin at 2 p.m.
